Welcome to Modern-Oracle.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by The Modern Oracle

LLC, a Florida business (“we”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of

the Site and any services, products, or events offered through it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree

with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. General Conditions

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our Site, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter

into a binding contract and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these

Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for

changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes

your acceptance of those changes.

1.3. Services Description: The Modern Oracle provides spiritual guidance, and services. We

make every effort to display and describe our products and services as accurately as

possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are

accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

2. Payments and Billing

2.1. Payment Processing: We use Square, a third-party payment processor, to handle all

financial transactions on the Site. By making a payment, you agree to Square's own Terms

of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

2.2. Accuracy of Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate

purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You agree to

promptly update your account and other information, including your email address,

payment method, and credit card expiration dates, so that we can complete your

transactions and contact you as needed.

2.3. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We

reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior

notice.

2.4. Disputes and Chargebacks: In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, you

agree to first contact us at modernoracle.mcox@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the issueamicably. We are not responsible for any fees or losses resulting from a dispute or

chargeback.

3. Order Fulfillment and Policies

3.1. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is as follows: The

Modern Oracle does not issue refunds. We will make every attempt to reschedule a

mediumship reading, or energy cleanse and chakra balancing session, if you have provided

at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session. If you no show or no call to an

appointment you will not be rescheduled or refunded. For Death Doula services, you are

invoiced the week prior and invoices must be paid by Friday of that week to receive services

the following week. In the event that a client becomes unalive with service hours still paid

for, those hours turn into post-death care and support for the family. No refunds will be

issued for Death Doula services, whether you accept service for the hours paid or not.

3.2. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you

must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a reschedule. Every attempt will be

made to reschedule your session. If you no call or no show to a session, you will not be

rescheduled or refunded. If you do this twice with us, you will no longer be accepted as a

client.

Death Doula services are paid in full the week prior to receiving services. If for some reason

you need to reschedule those service hours to a different week, you agree to contact us at

modernoracle.mcox@gmail.com the Friday before so we can work with you to the best of

our ability to reschedule services. No refund is issued for Death Doula services if you are

unable to reschedule services already paid for.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

4.1. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that

does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and

enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.

• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.

• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

• Collecting or tracking the personal information of others.

• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

4.2. Intellectual Property: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images,

and software, is the property of The Modern Oracle or its content suppliers and is protectedby intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without

our express written permission.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site and all products and services are provided on an “as

is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied,

including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular

purpose, or non-infringement.

5.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall The Modern Oracle, its directors, employees, or

affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including

loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any products or

services obtained through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such

damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Modern Oracle, its affiliates, and

their respective directors, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims,

liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising

from your use of the Site or any products or services obtained through us, or your violation

of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State

of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
